Sylwester and I have set an alarm with a beautiful tone that rings every hour and a half throughout the day, from 8:30 am to 7 pm. It reminds us to feel the vibration of love and gratitude in our bodies for whatever we are dreaming of manifesting in our life. We do this for just a few seconds, up to 30 seconds, so it\u2019s very quick!<\/p>\n
Once, when the phone rang our ‘love reminder,’ I finished spreading the feeling of love throughout my body and peeped into the room. Marcel was sitting on the sofa with his eyes closed and his hands on his heart, very concentrated, tuning into… love.<\/p>\n
When he was done, he looked at me and said, “Mum, love!”<\/p>\n
“I know, I just did it.”<\/p>\n
“I did it too.”<\/p>\n
I was so touched, thinking, “Wow, if the kids take this habit into adulthood, then this is going to be BIG.”<\/p>\n
